Legal action to commence and Fraud Complaint to Polizei. Ok.. so I have spoken to my legal representative, he advises me the contract is breached on their part! I have never seen any other members on the platform. no photos . nothing! I screen printed when I noticed this. We are going to commence legal action against the proprietors of LemonSwan for breach of agreement. My legal representative is also preparing a complaint to be made to the Polize Hessen for suspect fraud. It appears LemonSwan has had a number of complaints concerning their questionable activities. I am so happy about seeking legal advice and regardless of what LemonSwan does, I will be proceeding with a breach of contract and a complaint of criminal fraud. One of the most embarrassing experiences. It's one of the most embarrassing experiences I ever had. For one year I needed to pay around 500 EUR - something at the beginning, something at the end and something monthly - for having privacy. Especially at the beginning - you get shown one price and as soon you start, price changes to bigger. It might be that the real price" was hidden somewhere around. Transparency is obviously not something that this website/company cares a lot about. Success was close to 0% for this one year. Besides that, one gets constantly "messages" from "new members" which all look like each other. As a conclusion - there are tons of better ways to spend 500 EUR for one year. It is only when you read the small print that it's possible to see this. In my opinion, this is a deliberate attempt to DECEIVE potential clients into believing that they are getting a much better deal than they actually do. On top of this, there is no possibility of reimbursement if you discover your mistake too late. I only avoided making this mistake myself by reading another review on Trustpilot. I then immediately deleted my account.
