I decided to join the match maker Uk as… I decided to join the match maker Uk as I read online that the company was legitimate and had a high success rate. I had a conversation with Lara and she said there was lots of men which were suitable on the books for me and we spent a few conversations about what I was looking for and I was really excited for my journey as I thought I would finally meet someone but this was not the case. I got sent 2 matches by mistake one an older man out of my age range and a women. I got matched with one guy who wasn't on their books but I think they scouted on their network datebase who wasnt really interested and the only guy I did get matched with who I went on one date in over 6 months was someone from another agency and he told me he didnt pay that another agency had scouted him and he wasn't interested. I spent over £2000 on this service and I did ask for a refund and was told I could remain on their networking database. I was really not happy with the service I was given and I feel really upset that I was given such hope for me to meet someone and ended up feeling upset and really disheartened. Its a shame as I feel I could of recommended the match maker uk to a few of my friends and family but wouldn't feel happy to do this now after my experience. Date of experience : 13 June 2023. Despite your inability to afford our full-service package, we provided you with a significantly reduced service for £2,000 and extended an additional 6 months of complimentary matchmaking services, as we were committed to supporting you on your journey. You received Date coaching from our Managing Director, Lara Besbrode, free of charge, and we facilitated over 80 searches, and introduced you to 12 potential matches. Out of these, you chose not to pursue 10. Additionally, you matched with two individuals but ultimately decided not to progress with either. Our team went above and beyond, working tirelessly outside the scope of your payment. However, you chose not to proceed with the opportunities provided. It is concerning when someone vents frustration at their dating journey rather than engaging in the self-work needed to make positive changes, despite our ongoing support and coaching efforts. You received regular updates from your matchmaker and were informed that once a match is made, it is up to you and the other individual to progress things further. While we can offer advice, help with messages, and provide date ideas, we cannot take responsibility for how the date goes. We remain committed to addressing any concerns with sincerity and professionalism. We wish you the very best on your dating journey.
